As a DJ for many years (thru’ that era) I can say that those who questioned #25 and #28 were correct. I guessed at them both and was fortunate to get them right (just reasoning it out) but no song with Fanny in the title had “butt” in it and # 28 is very likely thrown in as a test to be guessed at and is not historic. Also, only 3 or maybe 4 of the songs were actually Doo Wap.
Regarding #15, Berry Gordy started the Tamla label in 1959. Motown wasn’t started until 1960. So there are NO correct answers given.
Regarding #16, Edd Byrnes’ “Kookie” character was on ALL of those TV shows, so any of those answers would be correct.
I’d like to know where this quiz originated… Here?
Have never heard of 25 or 28…have to disagree with the answer to 25.
Are you sure it’s “butt?” My guess would be nobody else’s girl.
# 28— Can someone PLEASE tell me what song these lyrics are in—
